GENERAL INFORMATION

Our U3A  is a friendly group who wish to continue learning and retain an active mind.

MEETINGS: U3A group meetings are held three times a week in the craft room at Ac-cent, 41 Ormsby Tce, Mandurah [Formerly known as Mandurah Senior Citizens Centre], every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Sessions run for two hours: 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm unless otherwise stated. Cost $2 per session. Visitors are very welcome. $3 per session.

GUEST SPEAKERS: Monthly General Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month in the Ac-cent Main Hall at 1.30 pm, and usually include an invited Guest Speaker. $3.00 for monthly General Meeting. Price includes afternoon tea. Invited Guest Speakers and their topics are listed on the Program page.

PROGRAM: A list of all activities for the current semester is displayed online on the Program page.  You can also pick up a paper copy of the monthly  'What's On?'  coloured leaflet from any U3A session, Ac-cent Foyer, or the Mandurah Library.   We also publish a comprehensive Semester Guide booklet each Semester.

SOCIAL EVENTS: We have regular coffee mornings, occasional lunches and escorted excursions to places of interest. Details and photographs are on the Social Events page.

PHOTO STORIES: Our magazine section contains stories and photographs about our recent activities. Individual members volunteer to write the stories.  

JOINING: Anyone over 50 years can join. Please ask for an Application Form. Annual Membership costs $20 per year, due on March 1st. You may contact our Secretary through the Contact Us page.
